In representing the Soudronic group of companies which includes Soudronic, Cantec, Cepak, Ocsam and Sabatier, Kay Industries is able to manufacture and supply machinery for 3-piece can manufacturing ranging from small tomato puree cans to large catering cans, these cans range from 52mm to 153mm in diameter and between 40mm and 261mm in height.

The scope of supply includes individual machines such as slitters, body blank conveyors, welders, side seam coating and curing ovens; and accumulating conveyors in addition to combination systems, i.e. parting, necking, flanging, beading and seaming as well as stand-alone systems i.e. seaming along with precision testers and empty can palletisers and depalletisers.

For the manufacturing of 2-piece packaging items, Kay Industries supplies Soudronic machinery for the production of deep drawn cans i.e. fish, polish, pet food from both steel and aluminium; in either rectangular or round shapes.

Along with Ferrum, Kay Industries can supply high speed seamers for the beer and carbonated soft drink (CSD) industries. We also supply small stand-alone laboratory seamers from Lanico. Acting on behalf of Sensory Analytics and CMC-KUHNKE respectively, in/off line film weight measuring gauges for coatings and printing; and laboratory seam and can gauges, testers and software are also available.

For the manufacturing of irregular cans such as 3-piece rectangular meat cans, shaped aerosol cans and rectangular fish cans Kay Industries and its partners will help you tailor a solution to your exact needs.

Through Soudronic, Kay Industries can provide you with machinery for the manufacturing of pails, drums and industrial cans including paint cans from 0.25 litre, 0.5 litre, 1 litre, 5 litre all the way up to 25 litre.

Including straight walled paint or parallel paint cans, with or without drop handles as well as tapered and straight walled small drums, with or without handles and large chemical, oil and bulk food containers from 50 litres to 230 litres.

For the manufacturing of ends, Kay Industries supplies Soudronic single or double die systems, strip feed presses, high speed sheet fed presses, curling and lining systems with ovens for all shapes and ends; in addition to aluminium peel off end making lines, using the world famous Uniseal machine.
